Welcome to the torrent tracker Multreactor.ru: powered by DisneyJazz!
Our tracker is focused on filling Runet with modern cartoons intended for active population (age group: 18-24). This doesn't mean there are no children cartoons here. Quite the opposite. Rare stuff and retro are part of this project as well. However, we've decided to leave anime and stuff like this to specialized resources, not to follow the trodden path.

This is a private tracker, you have to register to gain full access to its resources. Before doing anything on the tracker, please read the rules! They are simple, but compulsory!
| 1.1 | The following rules are obligatory for all users of the tracker, from Leechers to Moderators (the management and Administration, being the ones who impose these rules, may act at their own discretion). |
| 1.2 | Multreactor.ru: powered by DisneyJazz is a private torrent tracker, and its internal policy is determined only by the owner of this resource. Nevertheless, the Administration will accept all offers and requests that may improve the performance of the tracker. |
| 1.3 | Violation of these rules will lead to a punishment, ranging from a warning to blocking of the account, and in special circumstances to blocking the IP address of the violator. The decision of penalizing is made solely by the Administration, except for the punishments that are described in these rules. |
| 1.4 | It is prohibited to create a new account if your account is blocked by the Administration of the tracker. Regular examinations allow to find and block violators of that sort. |
| 1.5 | It is prohibited to create several accounts per person - on discovering such a violation, the Administration may delete all of them without any notifications or explanations. |
| 1.6 | The Administration welcomes all offers and comments that may improve the performance of the tracker, as well as all reports about the errors and flaws of the tracker and forum. |
| 1.7 | General questions about the tracker are discussed in the following section of the forum: Общий раздел -> Трекер. Правила, инструкции, советы, FAQ. Questions about various torrent clients are discussed in Общий раздел -> Общие технические вопросы. |
| 1.8 | All private problems of the users should be discussed via personal messages. |
| 1.9 | A real email address is required for registration. We strongly recommend not to use free email services like Mail.ru or Hotmail.com because of their anti-spam systems. If you do not receive the letter confirming the registration, please try using a different email service or refer to the FAQ. |
| 1.10 | The Administration guarantees that none of your personal information, including the email address, will ever be disclosed to a third person or used in any way without your consent. We also ask you to specify additional means of communication (for example, ICQ number, Skype or MSN name) which could be used in case of emergency. |
| 1.11 | It is prohibited to post any advertisements on the traсker or forum. Mass spamming via private messages, or on the tracker, or on the forum results in immediate ban. |
| 1.12 | It is allowed to post links to external resources on the tracker and forum, if they are purely informative, or contain the answer to someone's question (e.g. links to fansites, various technical forums etc.). You may also post links to content that is not available on the tracker. Purely advertising links to external resources are prohibited.

The Administration reserves the right to decide whether the link is an advertisement or not. |
| 1.13 | It is prohibited to give respect or antirespect points to users of the tracker without clear argumentation. |
2. Discourse on the tracker and forum.
| 2.1 | Only standard Russian can be used in conversations on the tracker and forum. This does not mean that posts in other languages will be deleted. Just keep in mind that most members will not understand languages other than Russian. There is a special section for users who do not speak Russian: Forum for non-russian-speaking users.
Transliteration and faulty language (such as 1337 speak) are strictly prohibited. For the convenience of users outside Russia there is an easy to use virtual keypad.
Please try to keep your posts grammatically correct. No matter what grades you had for your Native Speech class! Obvious mistakes and lack of punctuation can annoy and distract the reader. |
| 2.2 | Observe conventional rules of conduct. Foul language in all its manifestations and on all known languages, insulting tracker users and any actions contradictory to the laws of the Russian Federation are srtictly prohibited. If you think you have been insulted please contact the Moderators. Be mutually respectful and polite in the statements you make. |
| 2.3 | Before asking a question on the forum, try to find and familiarize yourselves with all the information about the issue on the tracker and forum. Look through the FAQ, use Forum Search. |
| 2.4 | Meaningless and vapid remarks, a flow of repetitive and/or unnecessary information ("flood") and messages inapplicable to the discussion topic ("offtopic") are prohibited on the tracker and forum. This also includes messages consisting only of smilies. Usage of exclusively capital letters in messages is also not welcomed, because they may be perceived by the users of the tracker as a shout (for example, WHAT DO I DO?) and are striking to the eye. Cluttering up of the forum with topics of the same type is aslo considered flood (such topics will be deleted by the Moderator without explanation). |
| 2.5 | Choose the right forum section for your post. Do not place your topic in an improper section just because it seems more active. Such a topic will most likely be deleted or moved to where it belongs. Please give sensible titles to your topics, a title should reflect the main point of the topic. |
| 3.1 | Please continue seeding the torrent until your ratio reaches 1. |
| 3.2 | All technical questions about downloads (how to install, how to view) can be asked in the comments to the download or in the corresponding topic of the forum. |
| 3.3 | Please discuss the uploaded material only in the relevant forum topic, if there exists one (as a rule, there is a link to the forum subcategory right under the torrent description), otherwise create your own topic. The comments system is meant primarily for discussing technical questions (e.g. seeding time and speed) and for saying thanks to the releaser. |
| 3.4 | You can thank for the download in the corresponding forum topic or using the "Thank you" button in the download. |
| 3.5 | If you notice a violation of the rules in the download, please report it to the Moderators via a private message or using the automated system (the "Report" line in the download description). |
| 3.6 | If the download is not working or doesn't match the torrent description, please report the problem, including a detailed explanation and a link to the download, to the Moderators immediately. |
| 4.1 | Avatars on religious, political, violent and pornographic themes are prohibited. |
| 4.2 | Recommended image size: 150 px wide and 150 px high. Max file size: 150 KB. |
| 5.1 | If you can't see the "Make a request" link in the Requests section of the tracker, this means that your rating isn't high enough to make a request. In this case you shouldn't try to make requests on the forum. |
| 5.2 | Requests and offers that don't comply with the template or are not fully filled out are deleted without notification. |
| 5.3 | Recurring attempts of making a request or offer that violate the above statement will result in a warning. |
| 5.4 | Requests are published without any obligations to fulfilment, so if you don't get a reply to your request please do not write comments like "Why, doesn't anyone have it?" or "Well, is anyone going to upload it?". |
6. General rules for uploaders.
| 6.1 | The tracker Multreactor.ru: powered by DisneyJazz is meant primarily for animated films and series. You may upload any animation except anime. (As an exception, old and rare animes produced until 2000 are allowed.) There are lots of specialized resources focused on distributing anime, please use them. If you wish to upload something but doubt whether the material complies with this rule, please consult the Administration. |
| 6.2 | Our tracker is also used for distribution of soundtracks to animated films and series, comic books and similar prints (e.g. picture books). |
| 6.3 | Only releasers from the DisneyJazz group may upload to the category "Релизы от DisneyJazz (не анимация и аниме)". This content does not necessarily comply with the general rules and is chosen solely by the Administration of the DisneyJazz Forum and members of the eponymous release group. Torrents uploaded to this category without prearrangement with the DisneyJazz group will be deleted without notification and explanation. |
| 6.4 | Please upload only high-quality materials! The only exception is old and rare content which is hard to find in good quality.
We strongly recommend not to upload novelties in low quality (CAMRip, TS or TC). They may be uploaded only in the following order: CAMRip, then TS and finally TC. As soon as the licensed DVD is released or a DVDRip becomes available on the Internet, all succeeding releases of the film should be in DVDRip quality only; though TVRip and VHSRip are tolerated, too. |
| 6.5 | Be sure to check your torrent in the client before uploading it to the tracker. After uploading the torrent to the tracker, download it to you hard drive and use only this version for distribution! |
| 6.6 | All uploads must have proper names, neat description and detailed information. When filling out the template, make sure to specify the quality of the video (DVDRip, SATRip, TVRip, VHSRip etc), technical specifications of video and audio streams, and at least one screenshot of the original resolution. If you don't know how to get the technical specifications, please refer to the FAQ or the Общие технические вопросы section of the forum. It is obligatory to specify all languages and types of translation of the distributed material. The uploader must know what he is seeding, and the users have the right to know what they are downloading. Please use the templates designed specially for this purpose. For more information please refer to the section Torrent description rules of this document.
Usually we do not delete torrents just because their description is poor. However, violation of this rule will result in the Administration being nagging and unfriendly to you (especially the Moderators, who will have to finish your work). You wouldn't want to be at quarrel with the Administration, would you? ;-) |
| 6.7 | Don't protect your uploads with passwords! |
| 6.8 | If there is no special need, don't distribute the materials as archives (especially multimedia files - .avi or .mp3). If it is necessary to provide an archive file, please use popular formats, preferably .zip or .rar. |
| 6.9 | Make sure that you will be able to support the distribution for a sufficient time. Please try to stay connected 24/7. If you encounter any problems in the process of distribution, announce that in the comments to the torrent. |
| 6.10 | If you are using superseed mode, please announce that in the comments to the torrent. |
| 6.11 | You must support the distribution until there are six finished downloads or three seeders. If there are no seeders among the first six downloaded, please report that to the Moderator with a link to the upload. |
| 6.12 | The Uploaders must upload new stuff on a regular basis. If there haven't been any new uploads for 60 days, you will be automatically demoted to "Character". To learn more about user classes on the tracker, please read the FAQ. |
| 6.13 | It is strictly prohibited to ask for Thanks, respects or promotion of the torrent rating. Violators may be banned without any warnings. |
| 6.14 | The names of the torrent files should contain only Latin characters, otherwise some users may have problems with encodings when downloading. |
| 6.15 | Distribution of materials without Russian translation (with original language only) is OK. |
7. Torrent description rules.
| 7.1 | How to entitle the upload
The title must contain the following (the text marked bold is obligatory):
01. Original title - in the original language, if it is technically possible. (For Japanese titles that would be English).
02. Russian title (if available).
03. Season(s) and episode(s) numbers, if it is a series
04. Episode title, if only one episode of the series is being uploaded (preferable)
05. Production year (optional; if known)
06. Quality, languages.
07. Releaser - if known.

| 7.2 | How to describe the upload
Rules
The description MUST contain the following:
01. Original title - in the original language, if it is technically possible. (For Japanese titles that would be English).
02. Russian title - if available.
03. Genre.
04. Production year - if known.
05. Brief summary.
06. List of uploaded episodes and their titles - if it is a series.
07. Language(s) - all available.
08. Video quality.
09. Information of audio and video.
10. A screenshot of original resolution.
Guidelines
The description SHOULD contain:
01. A poster / disk cover.
02. Length.
03. Production company.
04. Country.
05. Crew (director, producer, composer, scriptwriter etc).
06. Cast.
07. Release (if it's yours or someone's from another forum).
08. Additional information - any information you want the users to know.
